Step 1: To archive a process tool, click the “Archive” button in the toolbar of the Process Tool that you wish to archive.
Step 2: To access an archived process tool, go to the process tool type (workplan, checklist, etc. ) that you have archived and select “Archive”. If you have archived all of the process tools of that type, then select the + icon on the and you will then see the Archived icon.
Step 3: Then you will see all of the process tools, of that type, that have been archived. You will see the title of the process tool, the date that it was archived, and the restore button.
Step 4: To restore the process tool, select the “restore” arrow. The process tool will then be restored to your Process Tools list.
Note: Make sure to edit the title of the restored tool so you don’t confuse it with the current version.
