Introduction: Learn about the Upgrade Account tool in Account Administration.

Use the Upgrade Users tool bar item to upgrade the number of users you have on your TouchStone Account. Every TouchStone account comes with 5 users, which includes the Administrator.

If you would like to upgrade your account:

Step 1: Choose the Upgrade Account tool bar item

Step 2: Select the new number of users you would like to purchase and click Update. New users will be available to you immediately.

Fees for additional user groups are detailed on the upgrade user screen. The fees are monthly and will be charged to the credit card we have on file. You may also down grade your users as long as you have the correct amount in use on the User List.
