Introduction: Learn about Trained Process Tool Copies in the Control Panel. The Trained Checkmark is used to indicate when managers have trained their reporting employees in specific Process Tools.
To mark an employee as trained in a specific Process Tool, use Management Review. To learn more about this see the Management Review section of this manual.
(Note: When a Process Tool Master is updated, the “trained” check mark will be removed until the manager re-marks the user as trained in the updated process tool. This ensures that users are aware that the process has been modified and that the employee may need to be re-trained.)
