Introduction: Learn about the Profile tab in Account Administration and how to Update a user’s information form the Profile tab.
The profile button will show you all the details of that user:
- First name
- Last Name
- Hire date
- Position Title
To view or change the Profile information for a user, select the user from the User List. The profile will appear. If you are working in any other section of Account Administration you can click the Profile button to view the profile for the user.
The profile information for the user may be changed at any time. For example, if the user has been replaced in the company, the new user’s information can be inserted. Remember to always click “Update” after changing any of the profile information.
