Hold your mouse click down on the process you want to move and then drag it down or up on the list.

Processes can also be moved back and forth from the Strategic and Tactical sections of the Job Description using drag and drop.

Processes are categorized in a Job Description as:

[Strategic] which is high level, like managerial work, or developing, planning, creating, reporting. or

[Tactical] which is technical work, staff work, everyday operational work, non managerial work.
