Introduction: Learn about how to Print or Download Job Descriptions and Operating Manuals from Touchstone to Word or PDF.
Step 1: Select “Print/Send” on the Job Description Page.
Step 2: Select Print or Download Method.
“Print” will send the Job Descritption directly to your printer. Any changes to the print layout are controlled by your local printer settings.
“Print to PDF” will launch your PDF viewer and download the Job Description as a PDF.
“Print to WORD” will launch Word and download the Job Description as a Word doc.
“Print Operating Manual” will send the Operating Manual for the Postion you are on, directly to your local printer for printing. Any changes to the print layout are controlled by your local printer settings.
“Print Operating Manual to Word” will launch Word and then download the Operating Manual for the Postion you are on, as a Word doc.
(Note: When “Print Operating Manual” or “Print Operating Manual to Word” is selected Touchstone will print or export the Job Description for that position, which is like a table of contents for the Operating Manual and then it will print or export all of the tools/documentation for each of the processes on that job description)
