1. Click on “Policy Notes” from the Process Tools list to create a new Policy Note.
  2. Enter the title and objective for the new Policy Note.
  3. Click Create Policy Note.
  4. Use the following fields:
    • To: Specify the audience the policy is directed towards.
    • From: Indicate the author or source of the policy.
    • Date: Enter the date the policy was created.
    • Effective Date: Enter the date when the policy will take effect.
    • Select the appropriate checkbox to indicate if the policy is new or revised.
    • Fill in the Policy Statement section with detailed information about the policy, including any consequences for non-compliance.
