The first user on the list will contain the user information for the user that started your company’s Touch-Stone account. This user is designated as the Primary Administrator/Key Account Holder, with full access to everything including Account Administration and all its functionality. While the Username/E-Mail Address and Password may be changed for the Primary Administrator, the access level cannot be deleted or changed. The Primary Administrator will always have an orange key next to it in the User List.
