Important Note: Only the Key Account holder can access “Account Settings”

  1. Click on Account Settings from any page in Touchstone in the top right-hand corner.
  2. In the Business Settings section, enter or update your Business Name, Address, City, State, Zip/Postal Code, Phone Number, and Email. Ensure your address is current as it is used to send information regarding Touchstone.
  3. Click “Save” to update the information.
