1. In Account Administration, find the user account you want to delete and click the red X next to their name.

    Note: The first Administrator, who controls the TouchStone account, cannot be deleted.

    Note: To delete an administrator you must convert them to “user” and then delete them
    When their status is user the delete X is greyed out.

  2. A confirmation window will pop up. Click “OK” to confirm and delete the account.

    Note: The popup window may look different based on your computer type and web browser

    The user will then appear on the “Deleted Users” list.
    A deleted user can be restored by selecting the “restore” icon from the deleted user list
